Quadrasound Entertainment is currently booking through 2025. Wedding package pricing starts at $1300.00 (November-April) and $1500.00 (May-October) with a $500 deposit required to secure the date. While we do our best to keep pricing simple and consistent, please keep in mind there are several factors that play a role in the overall entertainment fee. Are you having an outdoor ceremony or inviting lots of guests? You might need amplified sound. Many of us have attended a wedding ceremony where you just couldn’t hear what the bride and groom were saying because of wind noise, an airplane, road noise or maybe just a ton of guests. Our ceremony sound system can prevent that from happening at your upcoming wedding.
We offer a compact, yet powerful sound system that will allow your guests to hear every part of your ceremony. The system includes one high-quality wireless microphone and one wireless lavaliere (aka lapel) mic. Most officiates choose the lapel style microphone for the freedom of being hands free and are very discreet from photos. Additional microphones are available for live music instruments or for readers during the ceremony. A full list of equipment supplied and pricing can be provided by request.
If you choose to add this package option, planning is available to help organize the order of people involved in the ceremony and the arrangement of music to be played. This will be discussed during the planning sessions.
Uplighting is one of the most popular upgrades when it comes to wedding receptions; and for a good reason. This service is one of the most simple ways to enhance the ambient mood at your event. Uplighting involves placing a number of our high-quality LED lights within a venue so that they highlight details of the room in a range of colors. The effect can really transform any space with a romantic glow or a lively colored atmosphere.
Quadrasound Entertainment only uses wireless up-lights at their events. There are no messy connections between the lights and outlets, giving you the cleanest and safest set up possible. We can place lights where others cannot; such as the center of a room or outside where power is not available.
All of our up-lights are also able to be controlled remotely throughout the event. This allows for subtle changes throughout the night (think of the transition of a sunset, going from a light gold, to golden amber, and then to a blue night sky). This is also a popular option for those that want excitement as the lights will change, chase and fade around the room during the late night portion of your reception/event.

Quadrasound Entertainment can supply High Definition Flat Screen Televisions and/or projectors and screens allowing us not only to play the music you want, but the videos that go with it. Enjoy a carefully selected mixture of music videos, movie clips, ambience and other eye-catching visuals to keep your guests entertained throughout the night.

Our custom LED Foam sticks are the ultimate hand-held party tool and work great at keeping your guests engaged during your celebration. They also work great as a keepsake people can take with them as a reminder of your special day.
